“Leave No Trace” is a philosophy you will hear about on all thru-hikes, and it is Cesta Českem’s philosophy, too. It is our responsibility to keep the trail beautiful for those who come after us. There is a Czech initiative called #nejsemprase (“not a pig”), which aims to keep the nature we walk through the same as we found it – or better. We have been a proud partner of #nejsemprase initiative since November 2020 and we hope to address a larger audience together. Their Ten Commandments (in the Czech language) can be found at the bottom of this page, just below the original Leave No Trace principles.
