A beautiful section running along the Polish border takes you to the main highlight, Adršpašsko-Teplické skály (rock formations), and passes through the entire area. The following stretch called Broumovská vrchovina (highlands) is much less known, but shouldn’t be! It is just as beautiful as its famous brother Adršpach. Three to four days on the way will make you feel like Prague or the D1 highway don’t even exist. Most of the trail runs through rocks and there are hardly any people there.
Tips for this section: You have to buy a ticket in advance for the entrance to the Adrspach Rock Formations. Visit this web for the ticket purchase: https://www.adrspasskeskaly.cz/en

Tips for the section: Adršpašpach Rock Formations are extremely popular and usually busy. Try to plan your visit outside of weekends. Most buses with groups of hikers who go on guided tours arrive in the mornings, while afternoons tend to be less busy. Try to plan your hike through the rocks later in the day.
To get up-to-date information on the trail’s condition, ask other hikers on the Facebook group Stezka Českem.
